About Doctor
Hi, I’ Ravindra Reddy Gadam, Founder of Care4sick and Co-Founder in HealthOcta. I am a Family Medicine Doctor, and Hospital medicine experienced physician. I started my medical career in India, traveled to Trinidad and Tobago and practiced medicine as an ER physician for 3 years.
I moved to the USA and finished my residency in Iowa. Married to a wonderful wife who always supports me and we are blessed with three naughty boys and it’s great fun to be around. I love working as a Hospitalist, it’s a great opportunity to be able to help people who are suffering and see them be discharged to go home with smiling faces.
I like challenges and I like to go to rural hospitals as a locum physician and interact with primary providers and local practitioners, and understand their problems which gives me food for thought to provide workflow improvement ideas. I always believed, instead of making them change their practice, to adapt to them and help solving their problem by improving their workflow or offloading their work with extra professional help. I team up with like-minded physicians to provide a consultative approach to practice related challenges.
